Account Creation & Security

Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Qq88asia reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time it deems necessary, including but not limited to identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
Password Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. All activity carried out through your account — whether or not it was done with your knowledge — remains your full responsibility.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify qq88asia immediately through the available support channels. The platform will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the qq88asia platform solely for lawful personal and entertainment purposes. Use of the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that contravenes Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited for all users:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Sharing your account with others or allowing someone else to use your account
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity of games or the betting system

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance in the relevant account.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
Deposit
All financial transactions on the qq88asia platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and are their own. qq88asia reserves the right to decline or hold any transaction that is suspicious or cannot be verified.
Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on your chosen payment method. Current limits are available within the platform after logging in. Successful deposits will be credited to your account in accordance with the processing time of the selected method.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with qq88asia's current policies. The platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits or in circumstances that require further review.
Qq88asia is not liable for any withdrawal delays caused by factors beyond the platform's control, including delays from banks or payment processors. All withdrawal requests are subject to the required compliance checks before approval.
Qq88asia does not accept direct cash payments. All transactions must be carried out through the electronic payment methods listed on the platform. Any attempt to circumvent the official payment channels may result in account suspension and transaction cancellation.
Liability Limits & Account Termination Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Qq88asia makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or technical downtime. To the extent permitted by applicable law, qq88asia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform.
The platform accepts no liability for the outcomes of bets or games that have been confirmed and settled in accordance with the established rules. Announced results are final unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical error or fraud.
Account Suspension & Closure
Qq88asia reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud or illegal activity, multiple or linked accounts, failure to provide requested verification documents, or at the platform's discretion based on internal risk policies.
Where an account is closed due to fraud or serious violations, qq88asia reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. For closures arising from other reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the user once all required checks have been completed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments
All content, logos, brand names, interface designs, software, and related materials on the qq88asia platform are the exclusive property of qq88asia or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The qq88asia platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. qq88asia has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of such third-party services.
Qq88asia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts.
